N7 Day has arrived.
[UPDATE] BioWare has released a new cinematic trailer for Andromeda; watch it in the video embed above.
"We slept for hundreds of years, dreaming of a new home. But when we finally awoke, our dreams of peace were shattered," the narrator, Ryder's father, says in the video.
It was also confirmed today that more Andromeda gameplay will be shown during The Game Awards in December. Additionally, Game Informer reveals that Ryder's father is voiced by Clancy Brown, who voices Mr. Krabs in Spongebob and also appeared in Warcraft and The Shawshank Redemption.
The original story is below.
BioWare will publish a new trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda today to celebrate N7 Day. While we have to wait a little while longer for the trailer itself, you can now watch a teaser, which is a rehash from what BioWare released a year ago today on N7 Day 2015:

"You will say goodbye, and you will look back one last time and know that wherever you go, we will be with you. This is Commander Shepard signing off," Shepard voice actress Jennifer Hale says.
Today's trailer will follow a teaser video from November 1, which showed off new characters and featured narration by main character Ryder's father. This video also invited viewers to join the "Andromeda Initiative," which is a group that will apparently travel outside of the Milky Way Galaxy.
We don't know what exactly the Andromeda Initiative is, but you can sign up for it at its website. Presumably, today's Andromeda video will discuss the nature of the Andromeda Initiative.
We will update this post with the Andromeda trailer and Andromeda Initiative details as they're announced. The trailer is set to arrive between 9 AM PT and 11 AM PT today.
We don't have an exact time, but pay attention between 9-11 am PST. https://t.co/Ycz79piUJq

Andromeda is due out before the end of March 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is shaping up well right now, according to EA CFO Blake Jorgensen, but the publisher could delay the game if it feels that's the right thing to do.
After planning to launch the game in 2016, EA delayed Andromeda, only saying it would now be released during its fourth fiscal quarter, which spans January through March. Earlier this year, a delay until "early 2017" was confirmed by BioWare, explaining that it "need[s] the right amount of time to make sure [it] deliver[s] everything the game can be and should be."
An Amazon listing for an Andromeda tie-in art book suggested the game might launch on March 21.
