Xbox 360 to get limited edition “Halo 4” console bundle
Microsoft has announced, in conjunction with Halo 4 developer 343 Industries, a Halo 4 themed Xbox 360 to tie in with the release of the game.
To coincide with the return of Master Chief in the newest Halo game, Microsoft, in conjunction with 343 Industries, has unveiled a limited edition Halo 4 themed Xbox 360. The console will be launching November 16 this year, alongside the release of Halo 4.
The console will sport a Halo 4 inspired design and includes the following:
• Two controllers of the same design theme
• A standard edition of the Halo 4 game
• Wired headset
• 320GB hard drive
• Xbox LIVE tokens to unlock additional content
In addition to this, Microsoft has announced a limited edition Halo 4 themed wireless Xbox 360 controller. The controller will feature the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) emblem and includes an Avatar T-shirt, as well as exclusive downloadable content.
Halo 4 launches worldwide on November 6, and will continue the story of the series' protagonist, Master Chief. The game will feature a single player campaign story, as well as multiplayer modes for competitive play.
Microsoft has yet to confirm Australian pricing for the console bundle, however Aussie retailer, EB Games website currently lists it for A$548.
