Xbox One and PS4, But Not Wii U, Eventually Getting Street Fighter

Well i am glad it isn't going to the Wii thats how it should be. Why should everyone get this? it should only be for people who have all consoles not just a wii.

If you are the best then you have the best and then you get everything thats the way it should be good old capcom :)

Wii U should get a special game like:

Changes nothing. Putting a Street Fighter game on the Wii-U wouldn't really enhance the experience like the 3DS version of SF4 attempted to do while recycling it down to make it super casual at the same time. Reason why there is a 3DS Street Fighter is because people actually buy 3DSs. Street Fighter really doesn't need to be any more accessible than it already is, but if you want it that bad, just get the PC version.

Most of this moot anyway until XBOX releases a decent fightpad or a fightstick that doesn't cost 200 dollars. I have Killer Instinct and barely play it since I don't feel like paying an extra $200.

It would be sick if Nintendo picked up the sequel to Eternal Darkness made by the creators. I know they extended their IP on it saying they have something in the works. Nintendo at this point should say screw 3rd party support, we will release 1st party masterpieces and indie gems. Wii U + a Luigi's Mansion 2, Metroid, Star Fox, Zelda, Mario Galaxy 3, Mega Man, No More Heroes 3, de blob 3, conduit 3.. punch out, Super Monkey Ball etc.. If they cranked out their IP's, no one would stand a chance, they are the best first party producer.

Wiiu is dead. Let's be honest. I own one and enjoy my Nintendo exclusives, but I haven't seen little to no release since the GameCube days. I mean even that system had third parties from time to time.

Third party devs are being way to unprofessional where the wii u is concerned i don't want to support them any more. I don't really need to either as there are pleny of great exclusives on wii u and xbox one. I am gonna adviod third parties apart from ones who put there games on wii u

Why the hell would any Nintendo fan care about Street Fighter when we have Super Smash Bros? Why can I scroll down 50 comments and no one makes a reference to Smash Bros? We don't want your crappy fighter game. Give it to Xbox and PS4. We got our own fighting game and it's way better.

Nintendo got Street Fighter, DOA, and Tekken on 3DS, yet they can't get those games on Wii U? Hardware power has nothing to do with it, because fighting games don't rely on hardware power, and 3DS is weaker than Xbox 360.

That's ridiculous. DOA and Tekken are coming to PS4 and Xbox One. What's taking Capcom so long to bring Street Fighter?

Also, Capcom made Super Street Fighter 4 for 3DS, and that system sold poorly at first.

Wow another publisher drops the failing Wii U Nintendo should be getting real worried and fans of the failed system are starting to have trouble defending it.

This news does piss me off a bit, especially seeing as it was Nintendo who originally homed the franchise on home consoles.

Perhaps Nintendo should just buy Capcom.

1.) No one buys a Wii U for anything but Mario games, they might buy others for it... but c'mon... no one rushes out to get the new nintendo system expecting third party games anymore.

2.) Screw Street Fighter, yeah I said it. Those games have sucked an unbelievable amount since Capcom vs SNK left the scene. I'll stick with DOA and Virtua Fighter, since they seem to be the only fighting games left concerned about a real fighting system. SFIV's was a JOKE.

It sounds like they don't have any plans for Gen 8 Street Fighter period.

This probably shows how much I';ve aged but I have multiple copies of SF4 - I can't even beat that bullshit Tyrant-abomination-move-thief boss in arcade mode. Used to be good at SF. And that'smy extent of caring about the game and franchise any longer. Have SS4 arcade edition and I'll buy ultra when it's 2 dollars.
