Xbox One gets £20 price cut at UK retailer
Suggests console stock is starting to become more readily available in Europe.
UK retailer Zavvi has cut £20 off its Xbox One price.
Spotted by VideoGamer, the online retailer is currently selling the Xbox One hardware on its own for £409.99. The RRP of the console is £429 in the UK.
The price reduction suggests that stock of the console is now beginning to smooth out and become readily available in European retail channels.
Microsoft recently announced that the Xbox One had sold over 3 million units worldwide.
Meanwhile, Zavvi remains out of stock of the PlayStation 4--the retail expects its next shipment to go out at the end of January.
"Over 3 million Xbox One consoles were sold to consumers in 13 countries before the end of 2013," said Xbox executive Yusuf Mehdi at the start of January. The Xbox One launched on November 22 in North America, the UK, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and New Zealand.
