Xpecial joins Team Curse

One of the allegedly best supports in North America has decided to join Team Curse after being benched by Team SoloMid. TSM's Xpecial got benched recently, a decision some people might not agree on, but was thought needed to help ensure a top position for TSM next split.

Team Curse picked up on this, checked their options and decided it was in their favour to add Alex 'Xpecial' Chu to their roster and find a new home for Michael 'Bunny FuFuu' Kurylo. The latter will remain a reserve on the Curse roster and might be a prospect to rebuild the Curse Academy team.

Xpecial seems to have found new motivation and has put a top 4 position at Worlds on his to-do list:

With Curse, my goal is beyond simply attending Worlds, I want to be competitive with all the regions and aim for a spot in the top 4, something that has not been achieved by any NA team since the first world championships.

Together with Xpecial, Curse looks to become a top team in the NA LCS and hopes to represent North America in the 2014 World Championship. To read full statements you can find the article here.
