Your Face Could Be in Homefront: The Revolution
Want to have your face scanned into the upcoming game for an NPC role? Now's your chance.
Ever wanted to have your face in a video game? Now's your chance.
Homefront: The Revolution developer Deep Silver Dambuster Studios has launched a new campaign, looking for people to have their faces scanned into the upcoming game and "other future video games."
Deep Silver is seeking out male and female models "of all ages, sizes, and shapes" for NPC roles. The studio is doing this to "add diversity" to NPC characters for The Revolution's setting of Philadelphia.
Anyone 18 years or older can apply by visiting this page. You'll need to upload a representative photo of yourself where your head is clearly visible.
If chosen, you'll be notified and will get a chance to visit the developer's studio in Nottingham, UK. There, you'll spend around 30 minutes having your face captured while you make a variety of expressions, including happy, angry, etc. Anyone who completes the process will receive £50 ($74).
Deep Silver says it is scheduling capture sessions throughout 2015, so even if you don't hear back right away, you still have a chance.
Previously expected to launch this year, The Revolution--a follow up to 2011's original--is now slated to arrive for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC sometime in 2016.
