Good Game. Good Story. Repetitive Atmosphere.

User Rating: 7.5 | Assassin's Creed X360
Where do we start with Assassin's Creed? After flicking through many of the reviews on here, I am left with the same image:

1) It was really good and I enjoyed it *OR*

2) I liked it, but the mission structure was extremely repetitive.

I need to say this now, I agree with point number two. Assassin's Creed was a fantastic game, yet it has that continuous stream of needing to find your target, gathering information about said target, then killing said target. That was the basic principle of the game, and it was just fine until about kill number six when I thought: "I can't wait until this game gets started!" The weird things is... it never did. I was left with kill after kill and (ultimately) a disappointing ending!

Saying that, the game does have some brilliant factors that makes it stand out amongst the rest! The graphics are superb, truly fantastic... the game really does manage to capture the true nature of the time period, and the music compliments the gameplay perfectly! Even though the game is repetitive in many areas, and it seems to carry on being so, we are still left with a beautiful, immersive and believable world.

So, overall?

Con's:
