Great Game, especially for an Ipod touch!
The Game starts out with Altair walking into a village, Talking to himself about his journey coming to an end, but to us, It's only just begun. The Gameplay is challenging, but not challenging enough that you'll just throw your iPhone or iPod touch at the wall in frustration. The Gameplay is very smooth for an iPhone game, and you'll find it's very satisfying to approach an unsuspecting guard, asassinate him, Get chased by other guards, wait until it all blows over, then go back and do it again. However, there are a few issues I have.
1: The Controls. The controls are very god, with all the buttons in the right spot, but it may take a few levels to really get used to them, and you'll find that sometimes you may falling to your death when you meant to jump onto the next roof. But the good thing is, they give you an option of controls: The 360 pad, which is very precise movement, or the 8 direction pad, for beginner players.
2: The voice acting. While this won't affect your gameplay, The voice acting can be mediocre at times, but at least they took the time to put voices in.
3: Limited freedom. In assassin's creed for the Xbox 360/PS3, you are put in a complete free roaming environment, and you can assassinate whoever you want. However, this is not the case in the iPod touch game. You can't assassinate citizens, and the environments are kind of small.
But overall, worth your 5 dollars and a good quality adventure.
