My thoughts on the third installment of the Assassin's Creed games. A hard but fair review.
So you continue the story again as Desmond and his ancestor Ezio this time the scene is set in Rome, I was kinda impressed with how it looks and ran at the same time but not enough to make me wet.
I started right away with the missions and how the game started it looked promising, however that did'nt last and the game got tedious very quickly to the point where I might as well be playing Assassin's Creed 2, end of the day there are minor changes but nothing to hold a big impact and make the third installment unique in it's own way from the previous 2 and I believe thats the problem. The main story I found boring and I did'nt care for it, it just did'nt grab me like the plot on Assassins creed 2.
My main concern has to be with the controls, they pissed me off big time, I found them to be unresponsive at times and just plain annoying when your jumping from 1 place to another.
I never tried the multiplayer side of the game so I can't comment on that, other than that I think £39.99 for the game is a bloody joke and I would recommend waiting for it to come down in price. I would suggest people play this game as this is my opinion and they might like the game.
