Third installment

I knew about the release of this game some time ago, but waited for the price to come down here in Australia, even with our Dollar being just about on par with the US we still pay inflated prices for our games down under. When I got the first installment some years ago I did not take to it at first, but being bored one night thought why not, and since then have become a fan of this game. The second installment was a huge step up from the first, great story line, improved graphic's, story line and game play, but I did not get the same feel of overall improvement with this latest edition. Sure I enjoyed it, although at times my controller got a tune up by being thrown at the wall due to some of the jumps needed, it is the main reason why I am no fan of Tomb Raider. It took me about 3 day's again to clock this game, but felt this game was no huge step forward like from the first to second edition. Sure it looks great, solid story line, but it was lacking something for me. Still a great game and worthy of a 8 out of 10, but let's hope they come up with something really new in the fourth installment.
