I was completely satisfied once I obtained the platuinum trophy for this game. It gave AC fans exactly what we wanted.

Assassin's Creed II was definitely more than meets the eye. The amount of information that was researched and put into the game, adds even more "tangibility" to the game, so to speak. Everything from side quests of beating up cheating husbands, to racing bandits or hiring courtesans to distract guards made the game come to life to the gamer. My favorite aspect of the game was the player's interactions with Leonardo da Vinci. This brought the game to whole different level. From Leo making you new custom weapons to you trying out his flying machine. The only thing that I could compare to that is the story line itself. Which continues to interest me, and makes me excited to see where it goes. The online play was a nice touch. Although not in my favorites of this game, it did bring a new touch and feel to the aspect of your creation of you character. But in my opinion, this game is best as a campaign only game. Roaming around on the campaign with friends...that would be something different. Overall I give this game a 9.5. It exceeded my expectations as a sequel game, and has yet again sparked my interest as to waht happens next in the story line, hence forcing me to hope in a Assassin's Creed III sometime!
