I have to admit, this was a good game... but AC II and Brotherhood are DEFINITELY the highlights of the series.

All flash, not too much substance. This was said to revolutionize the ENTIRE gaming industry but it never even hit the surface of innovating. The graphics are gorgeous, and the story is the best in the series, the gameplay is just a bit too lackluster. The combat is easier than ever, still allowing you to chain kills but now only while using the O button (I have this on PS3). The great thing is that park-our is simplified but improved. The best improvement is the naval warfare. This reminds me of my PS2 days in Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, which is great because that was excellent. Overall, this game was good, not great. I still think AC II was the best in my eyes, it took all of the problems with AC 1 and completely revamped them. Lets just hope Ubisoft can do the same thing with AC IV. Great game, just need to work a bit more next time!
