Assassin Creed games are fun and addicting but suffer from repetition

User Rating: 8 | Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection PS4

Assassins Creed ll: A big improvement over the original game, adding a whole new bunch of features and a range of weapons and gear for you to upgrade. Missions boil down to sneaking, scaling walls, jumping over rooftops until you spot your victim and then you go in for the plunge. Character models are dated now and the map is 2D and is littered with icons all which don't really have much worth. You can play the whole game straight through without worrying about if you did enough side missions to get stronger.. it really just doesn't matter. The story of Ezio and Desmond will keep you entertained until the end. AC:ll to some, is looked at as one of the best in the franchise. I just can't agree. I am a huge fan of Origins and everything after.

Assassins Creed Brotherhood: Not a whole lot has changed and what did change don't really mean much. Once again, the story of Brotherhood, Ezio and Desmond are a good one which will keep you entertained until the end. This game adds the ability to call your horse at any time, allows you to recruit assassins who will kill for you at the press of a button. The new monopoly system keeps you taking over territory so you can build stores on it. It will be the same gear and weapons as in part ll. Just like the AC: ll, the map is cluttered with icons, I just went straight for the main mission and completed this one fairly quickly.

Assassins Creed Revelations: work in progress...
