B-17 Bomber was a good game that pushed the technical limits of the Intellivision platform, and used the technology in an intelligent way. It's been a long, long time since I played this game, but from what I remember, your mission was to bomb stuff, and you had various missions to accomplish. You watch the earth fly by, looking down through the bomb port, and you get occasional voice announcements giving you information about the mission & target locations. Then you push the button to drop bombs, watch to see if they hit, and repeat. I'm probably forgetting some parts of the game (were there antiaircraft guns you needed to bomb?) but that was the general idea.
This game was more gimmicky than some of the other Intellivision games, but it was fun to hear the voice, and in a 1982 way, it was pretty realistic--there would be occasional boring times to wait until you arrive at the bombing site, which served well to build up tension.
