BB2001 is a lot better than the previous game, which happens to be Backyard Baseball. I don't really know why, but it just is. This game is a pain in the ass to find! I couldn't find it in any store I went to, so I had to order it online, which took weeks to be delivered. I wouldn't reccomend doing that for anyone wanting to buy this gem. Although it's aimed toward kids, I found myself enjoying it a lot! It has a lot more game modes than its predecessor, and it also has actual baseball players' likenesses in the game, which gives the series a lot more variety.
