Good luck trying to find another RPG this good today. Some come close, but none live up.

I have played Neverwinter Nights (1 and 2), Morrowind, Oblivion, Knights of the Old Republics, almost any of the famed RPGs out there, but I always compare them to this (and FF7 but thats a different story). If you are looking for a fin old school RPG experience don't even think of anything else.

Let me start off by saying the game is HUGE. I have no idea how long it took me to beat this game but it was a long freaking time (and time well spent I might add). The amount of exploring and random quests and sequences are through the roof and you should never ever run out of things to do. Another fun thing is the amount of characters you can party with and meet along the way thorugh your adventure. This RPG is more expansive then anything you will ever encounter.... trust me.

The game-play requires a ton of strategy (or luck) to get very far at all. Don't go in expecting something easy that you can just breeze through. I played NWN2 and didn't ever have a game over the first time I beat it. I cannot say that about BG2. But when you do FINALLY beat it, it is just that much more exciting and satisfying.

I want then to remake it in the style of NWN2 and change nothing but the graphics... I would have to quit school or my job and just play all day and all night until I die like a crazy WoW player.

In summery.... GET THIS GAME!
