this game does not show much, but later it takes you into it. by the time it ends you regret nothing but wish for more.

the banjo kazooie games were very fun for the time being, but the only thing that carries over from those to this is the bird, bear, and witch (as well as some "good old memories"). in this game it starts like the past banjo kazooie games in their house where you see that time really does take its toll on everyone, banjo the bear and kazooie the bird haven't been to much on the healthy side as of the last 10 years, so their fat and lazy now. if you didn't play banjo kazooie before it has you covered, the story has a recap from the start to now after the short recap you get to see the 2 heroes of the game in all their fat and glory, shortly after you see grunty (the witch and bad guy that likes to rhyme) who as you might remember was nothing but bones last time you saw her, not much has changed other then shes only a skull with a few hairs and a taste for revenge. banjo finds grunty and challenge her to a battle but before they start L.O.G. (or lord of games) stops time and says that hes tired of them fighting all the time and offers them a new challenge where banjo and kazooie try to get as many jiggys (golden jigsaw puzzle pieces) as possible while grunty tries to stop them, and then they take a portal to showdown town and then the fun begins, you start with a wish for everyone grunty wishes for minions, banjo wishes for the fat to go away and then we see the old favorite in all his glory again, kazooie wishes for her flying back but L.O.G. does not let her have that but instead a wrench used to move and make things right after that you are shown how to use the wand, then you get to build, it shows you how to build a trolley which you will use to get around town, after that it shows you how to get more parts and see what they do. once your done in town you will then go to your first world nuty acres where your first jiggy challenge awaits. building will come a little after you might find it fun like most people, you will find yourself building random objects that might not do anything, or maybe a flying floating and driving fortress that would be imposable to destroy, or maybe a light weight car that can evade anything, when your experimenting you might try to build something like a cannon with springs and a bomb and watch it fail in a huge explosion and watch it again and again to see what went wrong, you might find yourself building a neutral car/boat/plane and outfit it to the challenge that it needs to be for and maybe change it again, building is fun even after you beat it there is online which does give a chance to use every piece in the toolbox since some parts need a pilot and a gunner to use like turrets which one person can make a turret alone or build a car with the turret and have a 2 person car, there are some sits just for sitting which you can get fast and makes for a little fun driving around a friend, mutiplayer is not highly populated at the moment but you might find some friends who have it and play with them, or have a friend over for some local play without lag, sadly there is no co-op for the game so that means you have to go through showdown town alone. but not to minus from this awesome adventure there is still more to say, other online features include pictures and videos which can be done anytime in single player using a free cam and limited room you can see where you have to hit the boss your fighting or capture that awesome move you just pulled off, pictures are easy like i said free cam around then once you got a good angle take it, videos are a little different as in it backs up time by about 5 seconds or if you have just won or lost a challenge you can save the replay or rerecord it at your own angles so it gives a new feel to a same old race, you can upload and see what others upload as well. before the end you will see so many things that you might not have seen before like L.O.G. his face is pong and his ears are mice that are alive and moving about him, or on certain levels there are bugs in it not the glitch kind the bug like rolly polly kind. in the end you want more and if or when you get rid of it you will want it back or want rare to make one more game like this, so this is a game that can last days or months maybe even a year its well worth the money and is great for kids despite the crude jokes that are said which are fewer in this one then the other 2 games. all these things considered i have given this 9.0... 9.0 since it does not give you everything like co-op or more parts, as well as that no game is perfect but any game like this should not be turned down.
