It is a great game. But it isn't for everyone. It is a really different RPG. And originality is a good thing!

Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and The Lost Ocean is a really good RPG. The graphics look simply beautiful! And this game have a different battle system that after you learn how it works is just a lot of fun. The game's soundtrack is wonderful. The only sound problem in this game are the voice acting of some characters. Among the main characters there are some bad voice acting, but they are not horrible. The voices you will just can't stand will be the ones of some minor characters (here I have to mention one named Mayfee). The story may start off a little cliché, but it has so many plot twists that in the end what you'll see is a really original story. There is good, consistent character development, which is always a good thing. And there are many side quests that will get you playing this game hours after you finished it. But you should keep an open mind about this game. If you are a RPG fan and have an open mind you should definetly pick this one up.
