This game starts out with a boy named Kalas who bonds with a spirit. Later on, however, Kalas's brother and father are killed by an empirial warrior named Giacomo. Kalas starts off searching and trying to get revenge on Giacomo, but he quickly gets caught in a much, much bigger adventure. On Kalas's adventure, he awakes in a doctors home, apparently being knocked unconcious by some wild animals. He's about to head off when he meets who girl who starts blabbing on about some ruins. Kalas finds the thought of the ruins interesting, so when the girl leaves, Kalas shortly goes after. He runs into some weird monster at the end of the forest, and the monster apparently killed the girls friends, Leon and Gram. After saving the girl, Kalas finds out that the girls name is Xehla. Xehla and Kalas head off for the ruins, and after defeating the Lord of the Springs, Kalas is knocked out by an empirial guard and Xehla is captured. Kalas then starts his huge adventure afetr rescuing Xehla... This game is the ULTIMATE role-playing experience! Usually, I hate running into monsters, but with this game, battles are actually so much fun! With fun boss battles, a great and long story, beautiful graphics, AND a good amount of voiced conversations, this game is definitely ranked up there as one of the best RPGs ever!!
