Batman AA is an incredibly dark and sinister action/adventure game that puts you in the notorious prison: Arkham Asylum

This game is very pretentious yet manages to surprise me every time I play it, Rocksteady has paid attention to so many details during the development that you can basically find an easter egg in every corner. These details would be the main highlight for me, there are 240 riddles to be solved; each one with a good amount of mystery and history behind it. Other than these riddles there is also a huge island to be explored, so be ready for alot of gliding, running, and... well... walking. Batmans acrobatic performances seem to be quite super human and brings a sensible amount of self confedence to you when you beat the crap out of "innocent" inmates. There are many gadgets, among them are:

-The batarang which the name explains by it self.
-The explosive gel that... well.... explodes.
-The grappeling hook which will be the most used of all.

With these gadgets you can do the most amazing and diverse monstrosities to your enemies. The story managed to keep me awake for about 20 hours, after that it should take a few more hours of searching to complete the riddles. There is a challenging... challenge mode, that allows you to train-- more like demonstrate-- your skills in combat and stealth. The amosphere is one of the darkest you will ever see in a video game, it might even keep you awake if your afraid of the dark (not me ofcourse :P). With all it's might it truly deserves a great big 9.
