So many times before we've been excited about a new Batman game. Whether related to the movies, or the cartoons. Unfortunately, we've been grossly disappointed with just about all of them... until now. Arkham Asylum is the absolute best Batman game ever made, and possibly one of the best games this generation. Arkham Asylum offers a little of everything. There's some great puzzles to solve, plenty of action with a great combat system, and even a little stealth action to boot. The story mode is great with many of Batman's most notorious villains like Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, and the Joker. There's also plenty to keep you busy after the story mode in the Challenge mode... and if you have the PS3 version you can play as the Joker in the Challenge maps. The visuals are top notch... with a dark overtone that fits the world of Batman perfectly. The voice acting is also great, and very entertaining. Even if you're not a fan of Batman in general, you'll probably enjoy this game immensely. With so many great games coming this year and next, I can see Batman: AA falling through the cracks especially if you didn't buy it on or near it's release. If you haven't played it yet, go get it... if you have then you know what I'm talking about here. Batman: Arkham Asylum is a great game with great game-play, graphics, and story... it's everything an avid gamer wants in a game.
