I purchased this game because of the rating given by critics and users. I have only played 5% of the game and the sequencer freezes. When trying to use the button just keeps flashing. Checking the WBID forums, I found many are complaining of the same and other issues. i The critics comments on the easy flow of the controls are correct, except when they freeze, which they made no mention of. The graphics are very good and the sound equally as good. The puzzles are a lot of fun (the few I have managed to solve without freezing). So far, the company has not put out any patches. Having purchased the hard cover strategy guide as well as the game, having these difficulties is not easy to take. When reporting the problems asking for solutions, the electronic answering machine outlined the company was working on patches Since posting this review, Support did contact me and suggested a solution to the freezing which did not work. However, I solved the problem by pushing two directonal buttons at the same time. Have since finished the game and found it OK. Would suggest to all companies to increase the size of the fonts as they are difficult to read quickly.
