I have read the reviews on all the sites of this game, and one glaring consistent comment that comes through is it is just like the other two. Last time I checked, that is exactly what I would want. A game that polishes all the aspects that I love, doesn't try so much new stuff that the feel of the game changes, and develops and immersive NEW story that truly stands out from the other two titles (not better or worse, just different).
We would be standing here with more woes if WB Montreal tried to stray too far from the formula. We would hear how do you change something that works so masterfully. WB Montreal, respectfully keeps in tact what Rocksteady developed, and did so in a very successful way seeing this is their first stab with this engine.
For me, it is more of what I love, feels totally fresh from a story perspective, and is just plain FUN. I feel like i am BATMAN again and oh does it feel good. Play this game!
