If you like Battlefield 1942, but you're getting bored with it, BUY THIS GAME. Any fan of of the Battlefield series will absolutely love this game. The new vehicles are wonderful, and, ones such as the Flackpanzer are devastating against infantry, armor, and arial assaults. I am also extremely glad that they finally incorporated some kind of amphibious vehicle to the game, making it much less tedious to cross those pesky rivers, and then still having some kind of protection when you get to the other side. Also the new maps are amazing, I think it kind of suck they didn't add them to campaign mode, though I guess the new multiplayer mode makes up for it. Over al, a great addition to an amazing game.
P.S. The fact that I got in on eBay for like, not kidding, four dollars, makes it easy for you to get, no matter what your financial status.
