Great change of pace coming from a COD4 fanatic.

After rediscovering how much fun Call of Duty 4 was I played it pretty much non stop for about a month straight, I decided to download Battlefield 1943. I still play COD4 but my time is almost equally divided between these two games now. I originally bought the game just as something different to do and something to have fun on because I found myself taking COD4 too seriously. I really enjoy flying the planes and driving around the islands in jeeps and tanks. Something that is not available to me in COD4. There was something familiar but refreshing about playing this game for the first time. I was happy to see that you could pick from three different classes to choose from but a little disappointed to find that you couldn't customize them. This aspect of the game makes it simple but still enjoyable. The game overall is very simple. The main menu allows for only quick matches or join game with friends. There is only one game type which is similar to domination in COD4. Some might find it hard to kill people in this game and it can take some getting used to, but it shouldn't discourage someone from getting this game. I've spent many hours playing this game and look forward to playing many more.
