I was a huge fan of the original battlefield 1942, so i was highly anticipating the arrival of this game. I was hoping for a game to replace CoD:WaW until Modern Warfare 2 came out. The first 2 days the game was completely unplayable due to server problems. The game itself was a huge disappointment. Most spawns I have died within 10 secs either by air raid or someone camping. In most of the games I've played people fight for the planes and air raids, making the rest of the experience poor. I can't blame people for camping planes and air raid, the guns are very basic and the mechanics don't seem up to par. The sniper rifle is one of the worst i have seen of any game. When looking through the sights of any of the guns, the sensitivity drops dramatically. The only time I've found where the sights are useful is at a long range. For a 500mb download the graphics look great, but over all i wish i would have saved the money.
