Battlefield 1943 proves that sometimes you get more than what you pay for.

With a price tag ringing in at $15, it's hard to imagine that a game like Battlefield 1943 is going to deliver a worthwhile experience AND replay value. However, it does not disappoint in either area. Battlefield franchise-veterans will quickly become acquainted with the latest installment, but it's also a relatively easy game for newcomers to pick up.

Pros
-Physics engine makes the battlefield dynamic and intriguing
-Sharp graphics
-Great sound
-Addicting, accessible game-play

Cons
-Lack of team balancing
-Shoddy server finding options
-Poor communication/matchmaking options
-How much fun you have depends highly upon who plays on your team
-Few maps and classes

In the case of this game, the pros most definitely outweigh the cons. The overall experience that this game presents is a lot of fun, and I would recommend it to any FPS fan with an itchy online trigger-finger.
