Battlefield 2 meets Arcade style action for a great mix!

Battlefield 2 is an excellent game for the Xbox. It is not at all like the Battlefield 2 we know because of its arcade style and single player. The single player is very fun. You can switch between different soldiers on the fly via Y button. Your score is calculated by your kills and death amount. At first it seems hard to get a good score, but if you switch characters right before you die it's easy to get the high score. You get gold stars for accuracy. score, and deaths. This is your ranking for the game. Challenge mode is kind of like Time Splitters where you have to get a certain amount of points in a time limit.
The multiplayer is amazing if you can find people online. It's fun with the many different gameplay modes, vehicles, and five classes. There are five different classes for both singleplayer and multiplayer. Assault, Special Ops, Sniper, Medic, and Engineer. Each is good in its own way.
All in all it's a fun game, not necessarily polished. For $40 it's a good buy to hold you over for the holidays.
