Whilst a seasoned FPS player, I have never really been a fan of historical shooters, having always preferred modern warfare and futuristic titles. However BFBC2V brings something new to the mix. I got this expansion via digital download for only 5 pounds and I have to say this is honestly the best shooter I have ever played.

The game somehow seems better then the already excellent BFBC2 vanilla - it seems to run smoother, the maps are fantastic and also a perfect size. Coupled with a great 60's backing music track, fast pace action and unrivalled graphics, this game easily continues to out do it's rivals of CODMW2 / Black Ops and MOH.

The gameplay is fast and frantic, never a dull moment. I don't say this very often but this is a must buy game.

  For $15 this expansion is more then worth it, and far beats any map packs that MW2/BO will push out for the same price.
