The game has so many glitches it is very frustrating to play. Customer support is not very supportive. The amount of vulgarity between players makes it very inappropriate for anyone under 18 to play. Reporting the TOS chat violations seem to be a complete waste of time. The same players night after night spouting out insults that would make a sailor blush. I've played this game on 2 different computers and both have the consistent problem of frequent system crashes. Even running a T1 connection the game frequently lags so badly that you die in a battle before you have time to fire a shot. I have had the game crash up to 18 times in a 3 hour time frame. Although Big Point claims that this is a free to play game the number of players who have spent literally hundreds and in a few cases more than a thousand dollars almost make it impossible to level up as a new player. Definitely a thumbs down on this game.
