The game is soooo hard, but every game is beatable right?

Battletoads was the only game that I loved compared to the other 12 genesis games that I got for free. First time I played this game was at a friends house. My friend loved games, but was experienced in them. Like most gamers that have played this game we were stuck on the 3rd level with hover karts part. Then my friends parents bought him a computer to play with and he forgot about the genesis and then he gave it to me. I played all the games he had (12 games). 1/3 of them I liked (including Battletoads) and 2/3 was rubbish.
Then I started playing Battletoads and at last a finished the 3rd level. Then I finished the next level with my second try. But it happened again, I couldn't finish the 4th level with the giant snakes. Then I went on the Internet and found information about the secret portals.
I used them and got past the levels. Then I finished the ice level with my first try, after that the pluming level. BUT IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I couldn't finish the elevator level right in the end with the giant monkey boss. And occasionally I found I site that told the hardest games in the world and Battletoads was in the fifth place. After that I don't play it much.
So in conclusion if you like a very hard game then it's your type.
