This game is absolutely terrible. Battlezone 2 has lost the rough feel and grit of the original.

This game is absolutely terrible. They took a FPS/RTS of the original game, and made it into a fps with some stagey elements thrown in. As a die hard fan of the original, I was disappointed from the start. The vehicles are boring looking, the controls are difficult to use, and the AI that was so good in the original. Has been turned into a bunch of mentally challenged people, who would gladly watch an enemy unit blow up there own base and not do anything at all. The weapons seem less powerful than the original, and theirs no way to like them together like in the first. The AI is so difficult to control during the few parts in the campaign when your actually doing RTS, its like trying to get 100 1st graders in a candy shop too do there homework. Then only thing i like about the game are the improved graphics and the underground parts of the game. But all in all by trying to make it better they lost the rough feel and grit of the original.
