Bionic Commando Rearmed is a refined version of the classic NES action title. The graphics for Bionic Commando Rearmed is truly amazing especially considering it's and XBLA title. The gameplay is overall the same as the NES Bionic Commando but I think the controls for this one "flow" much easier and smoother. There are three difficulty settings, easy, medium, and hard, but I think you unlock super hard after beating the game. Easy I think is too easy for the casual gamer like me but if you don't play video games too often then this is a great starting point. The casual game should start on medium. If you like a challenge the start on the hard difficulty, here there will be more enemies and you will die faster. For actual differences from Bionic Commando Rearmed to the original, there are added weapons and power ups, from what I've heard and played there's not much else. The is multiplayer but it is limited to playing with a buddy sitting next to you, so there two player co-op where you beat the game with a buddy or death match where up to 4 players can fight each other. To add to the length of the game there are challenge rooms which are like optical course that you have to complete in less than 30 second. Overall Bionic Commando Rearmed is a great game and is definitely worth 10 bucks, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because I don't think it's a perfect game but I definitely worth a buy and if your on the boarder line of buying it, do yourself a favour and try the trial game and then buy the full game, trust me you'll love it.
