I was a huge fan of the first Bioshock game. I didn't know what to expect of this one, I was kinda afraid it won't be as good as the first one. But was I in for a shock, this game is just as good as the first and even improved some aspects that were lacking in the first. As a player, I feel that I have a lot of choices, I can break the linear gameplay as I see fit, and this is always a very good thing in games. Everything is there: the graphics, the monsters, the weapons, the upgrades, the "spells" :). I would definitely recommend this game; if possible, pick the first one up, if not, this is perfect on its own too. I am really hyped now for Bioshock Infinite, the bar is set very high, but I'm sure it will be more than good, as the Bioshock series reaches a level of polish that is very hard to beat, it's even very hard to match.
Of course I'll go back and update this as I continue. I'm only a few hours in and already there are some things niggling at me. The graphics are in keeping with the original, but everything is just a bit 'snazzier.' T... Read Full Review
