A wonderful beginning, amazing scenery and the rest is just astounding (Spoilers contended)

So then, you probably saw the reviews, saying that it's a really good game, and it is true, it's probably one of the best games that I have played this year, the scenery Completely took my breath away, as a matter of fact: the first hour or so is just a marvel of design in my opinion, now this may not be Rapture, the underwater city where you may eventually even see a whale swimming past the scenery and doesn't have denizens that have gone insane over tonics (I actually forgot how the powers were called, horrible me!), but Columbia is just as good, if not better, sure it doesn't have a gritty atmosphere and looks really bright and colorful and the foes you fight are all humans, but don't let the seemingly peaceful scenery fool you: Eventually further in the game you go through events that take you through alternate dimensions with the tears that your companion can make.

So then more about the game: The first hour, just amazing, you first start coming to a lighthouse, simular to Bioshock 1 only you don't fall in to the ocean because of a plane crash, by boat with two rather charming characters who I think make appearances throughout the game as a gentleman and a lady...And a rather odd couple they are too, then in the lighthouse you find some classic 1910's old music and...A rather dead person, then atop you solve a quick easy puzzle, sit on a chair and whabosh! You are going up to the sky and there it is...A sight that will blow you away, and further on: Some nice Choir music (I think it was nice, mostly because I find it really charming) and a preacher nearly drowning you for the religion of the founding fathers of America...I joke you not with that.

Also another thing: The game is...Rather racist, but don't think that racism has to be this "Everything that isn't white is meaningless so we shall discriminate them!", well there is a part where you have the choice of throwing a baseball at a couple at a form of lottery (Before that moment you are accompanied by wonderful music by the way)....Or you can just throw it at the announcer which is Uncle Sam's long lost brother that celebrates 6th of July.

Enough about that, let's talk gameplay: The gameplay is...More modernized with 2 weapons only, a regenerating shield that if it gets destroyed you then take normal damage, and also there's no inventory system where you can take medkits and Salts (Or mana as it's better sounding in my head) for later use, but don't worry your friend Elizabeth (Who also has a bit of a giant robotic bird guardian thing with arms chasing her and is out to peck at you) Will look around (More like just appear behind you with a gun or medkit to restore your ammo or health, even Salts) to throw at you, even tosses a coin at you when you're near a store.

The gunplay is pretty satisfying, you can toss people up to the air and charge at them and send them flying away, or zap them with electricity and shoot them in the face with a shotgun or even just send a flock of crows at them and shoot them with a rifle or machine gun, there is plenty of combinations that come in play and there are a few brutal ways that you can end a person, not much of a nice 1930's city where little children play with fire hydrants and everyone eats cake and pie and drinks wine and has the everyday 4 singer people with the silly outfits singing on a ship and after they are done, they fly away to battle aliens with the power of song.

Overall this is a really good game and I highly recommend that you give it a look, if not, then you are free to watch omfgcata play it, I am just here to send you a message that Bioshock Infinite might be different, may be based above the sky, have a more colorful look to it and not the rather dark gloomy atmosphere of the other bioshocks but goddarn you should play this game.
