This is one of those games you instantly start thinking about when you wake up in the morning. You know what I'm talk'n about!? Visually, I think we're really starting to see the 360 flex it's muscles. My girl friend isn't a gamer and she says watching the gameplay is like watching a movie. The art deco theme throughout the game is second to none. Gameplay is smooth, no glitch's. The jump button takes a second to get used to but thats very, very minor detail. everthing else feels totally natural. Audio is perfect. The music fits the time period and gives a very sinister quality. The voice acting is top notch, no cheesy one liners and accents that are believable. Lastly, story. I haven't finished the game yet so I can't get to critical but so far its enthralling to say the least. The story so far blows the pants off Gears or Halo while still delivering a VERY high quality level of game play.

The amount of control you have over your powers and customizing your attributes and weapons rivals most roleplaying games while still staying very true to the FPS format. You can walk into a room with a few enemies and deal with them in a number of ways. The possibilities are endless. Water amplifies an electric current, gas and oil catch fire, ice melts, very interactive. You can even hack security systems and most vending machines.

Bottom line: I'm not as excited for Halo 3 as I was a week ago, thats saying alot. This game could very well be the best FPS I've played to date (Doom III holding the rank prior). This game delivers on all fronts. If you like good games, this is a must have. I hope developers take a good long look at this game because this is what gaming is. 10/10
