Bioshock is a state of the art video game made better by a decision to focus on a single player campaign only. Totally immersive, this game delivers on all fronts: Graphics, Sound, Story and Gameplay. And although the action progresses in an essentiality linear fashion, there is still plenty of room for improvisation. Bioshock is destined to be a classic and will be a strong candidate for GOY in 2007. Replay value is high, and the achievements are fun. If you have friends and family who wonder why you like video games so much, Bioshock would be a good game to show them why. I highly recommend this game for your collection. Bioshock - Upon further review. I still love this game, but the glitch described in Gamestop's review is in full force. It began in the Kill Andrew Ryan chapter and is a bug exactly as described by Gamestop. The screen freezes for a few seconds then begins again as if nothing happens. If your moving or fighting it really messes things up. I've learned to just stop when it happens. It doesn't seem to matter if you stop or restart - it keeps happening. And it happens a lot. Because of this bug, I have to lower my score to 8.5 and my classification to Broken - An otherwise beautiful game flawed by a stupid bug. New Edit: Bioshock has taken care of the bug (by clearing the cache) so now I am back to my original score. This is one of the best video games of all time - better than Halo 3
