BioShock is a masterpiece of modern times...

First things first, BioShock is a masterpiece, a game that came from the heart and put into a DVD, and it's simply one of the best games i ever played. With that said, time for the review. After plane crashing into the Atlantic Ocean, you find yourself in a underwater city called Rapture, you will soon find that something went terribly wrong in that place, and with alot of exploring, plot twists, and fun you will find just what really happened in there... i wont say anymore about the story, it's up to you to find out. The gameplay is awesome, it plays like a FPS but mixed with RPG elements, add a terrific atmosphere to that and BANG! you got yourself a seriously awesome game experience. The enemy A.I. is great and will make you witness some unexpected "WTF?" moments, enemies also "respawn" when you come back to a area you had been before, and even though there isnt much enemy variety, they keep getting stronger as you advance trough Rapture. One of the most important elements of gameplay are plasmids, wich are kinda like magic powers you see in other games, only more awesome and cooler to use. You have powers that can control others, incenerate, stun, freeze, etc.... The game also has one of the greatest video-game enemies, the Big Daddy, these guys are responsible for the safety of Little Sisters, wich you can Harvest (that way you get full adam from them) or Rescue (getting less adam) Harvesting and Rescue have their consequences, resulting in 3 diferent endings ( or so people say, but i'm not sure if it's really 3...). The Audio is also a fantastic element of BioShock, voice acting is awesome, and the soundtrack is also great, including licensed songs from the 60s that sometimes play in the various jukeboxes in Rapture. The great sound is one of the things that makes BioShock atmosphere one of the best. Visuals are stunning, one of, if not, the best visuals on the 360. Everything is full of detail, small light particles flying around, well made blood, and excelent animation. You really feel like you are in Rapture. BioShock is a masterpiece of modern times, a game that we should worship like it was a God, let's hope more great games like this come out in the near future.
