Extremely good graphics, great voice clips, very twisted story hidden in the bottom of the sea...
I really like the way the story takes a violent twist almost at the end, that makes me think of a very good scriptwriters team.
You are guided the whole game by a character that calls himself Atlas, some political oriented guy that wants to get the h.ell outta the city, and for that, asks you to help him rescue his family, that is trapped in some sort of submarine in some part of the city.
The character are a very important part of the game story. We have plenty of them, and they are quite particular and different of one another.
Another good aspect of the game are the use of plasmids, some kind of mutagens skills that helps you survive along the game. You can throw electricity bolts from you hand, fire embers from fingers snap, telekinesis, among many others. We also have tonics, that help you to decrease all physical damage for example.
Another good aspect is the hacking stuff. You can hack gun turrets, security cameras and some code-based locks. The bad thing is that every time you wanna hack something, you gotta go through a little puzzle game in wich you have to put the pieces in the correct order. Anyway you can get some autohack tools, that's good.
You can also invent items by collecting a certain amount of "raw matter" and put it in a "U-INVENT" machine.
Weapon enhancing is possible in this game. The good thing about this is that the weapons not only change in the damage or bullets amount aspect, but also int the aesthetic one.
The last thing I would like to bright out about this game, is the camera stuff. The fact that you can picture enemies to enhance damage you exert against your enemies.
