very good game, shame its too short...
the gunss look cool, realistic and metallic. the colt python is just awesome. it gives a real sense of POWER. fire one shot into the chest of a terrorist and he flys back about 5 feet. the sniping is a bit rubbish because the only sniper rifle you get is bolt action (which it isnt in real life, its semi auto) and it doesnt kill people as you want it to. this is pretty much what the game is about....guns and explosions.
and the explosions are just OTT. and i like it!
in the nazran foundry, you walk across two massive gas towers, then get about 50 meters away and there's an RPG. then two guys pop up o the gas towers and start firing, pick up RPG, aim and BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!
i cant describe how big the explosion is in words.
now the bad. its short, way too short.
but they have reason. black 2 will come out soon and theres supposed to be even more destruction.....*falls over in heart attack*
and lastly the enemies. they are pretty much bullet proof. the only guns that can one shot kill are the revolver and the RPG. nothing else can one shot kill and it takes about a magazine from anything to kill one person.
for example, i was running throuh and got right up close to one of them, gave him a face full of M16, and he still lived! look at my ammo count and i was down to 10 rounds, theres 50 rounds in an M16 mag! and he still lives.
not even chuck norris can take that amount of bullets!
