Just not very fleshed out in an overall scope of all thing that could be good.
Graphics: At first your like hey these graphics are pretty darn snassy then 10 min down the track u realize you've seen every thing the game has to offer, and the quality of that isn't that high. Certain areas of this been water effects that rival games from the year 2000, and really bad texture's that u see on the average ps2 game, like no blood, and really bad lighting effect and shadowing effect's. But some of the good things about the garaphics are that your weapons are detailed and do look nice, the explosions and smoke effects aswell as the particle effects do look pretty great, and of course a hell of alot of S**T to blow up helps, there's is a tone of destructable objects in the game. And i almost forgot the game has terable physics, meaning when the ocasional ragdoll effect comes in it's pretty ugly and generally the things that can be knocked around like paint barrals and that look real fake. But overal when youre just run and gunning your way through the game it loks pretty cool, you'll definatly be reasonbly impresed at first, oh yeh the bullet hole marks are the worst i've see just thought i'de point that out, so yeh a 7 goes to graphics just beacause of all these flaws are pretty major overall.
Gamplay: Well basicly the game consists of shooting lots of things and breaking stuff in the prosses, thats pretty much it. Add a few different weapon types wich basiclly just change recoil, range and damage, you've also got a mele attack wicth i thought worked qwuite well if u can get close enough, u also have grenades wich are pretty usefull and u can shoot near them and the'll blow up instintly, though throwing them takes alitle bit of getting used to as they feel wierd when thrown as they look closer than they are o something.
Sound: Nothing very impresive bot not bad either, sound effect are gennerally pretty good but the volume of the breaking glass is way to loud.
I also think threr's some recycled sound effects in there from other places and the guns don't sound to hot in my opinion, voice work isn't that great aswell, you'll probably find yourself getting a headacke if you have it to load as there is almost no break from shooting dudes and they take alot of shots even on normal.
Value: You've got easy,normal,hard and black ops mode so basicly if u can handle it and play em all you've got a fair bit of content there, aswell as silver weapons u get from beating the game and secondary objectives, so if your up for it there's a nice amount of goodies, it should take u around 5 to ten hours depending on how good u are and what difficulty u play first time through.
Tilt: I gave it a pretty low rank in this department mainly because the game isn't ver polished oerall and it just lacks SOUL.... joking, it just feels very comercial and nothing stands out to much in the game.
I'd say if your gonna try this game rent it, to see if it a keeper.
