A great shooter, decent story, intense action, and superb graphics.
The gameplay is really amazing for an FPS. The action is really intense. Like the video review states, if you've seen movies like commando or any over-the-top action movies from the 80s, this game is just like that. The environments are completely destructible and the effect of smoke and debris in the air really adds depth to the game. All the gunfire and bullets flying around, it's hard to find a good spot to take cover. Taking cover isn't so easy since walls, boxes, vehicles, etc. are all pretty much destructible. Shooting at incoming muzzle fire through the smoke is pretty cool too. Although, physics would have been amazing for this game, the scripted deaths aren't bad. The AI could use some work. Sometimes enemies don't react realistically.
Graphically the game looks great. Reloading the gun will blur your vision so you can focus on the gun reloading. Enemies look great and so do the weapons. The environments all look realistic and the frame rate never takes a hit with all the explosions and gunfire.
The story is decent. It's nothing to rave about but it's not horrible. Very covert and shadowy. Hopefully, if a sequel is made, the story will be better.
The sounds are top notch. Every weapon is unique with it's own sound and feel. Explosions sound great and the enemies speak and scream in their native language.
Overall the game is spectacular. With a few flaws, the game still brings excitement to the player. The action is intense and it looks and sounds great backed up by a decent story.
