Time less classic for any hockey fan! Game play doesn't compare to todays standards but this game can provide hours of entertainment for yourself or against a friend. The first hockey game to incorporate one on one fighting which is great fun. I'm not exactly sure why, but the team colors(jerseys) are completely messed up. I guess not having a licence with the NHL back then meant you had to pick neon green, yellow etc instead. You quickly forget about the colors after the puck drops though. The penalty shots are a neat new feature as well. Its simply a slap shot from the blue line. This is also the way a game will be decided if you're still tied after the first O.T. I remember countless hours and many late nights spent with my friends and cousins having tourneys. I highly recommend this piece of nostalgia to any Nes/Hockey fan out there. Well worth $10.
