I bought it twice...
It is a very challenging game, controlling similar to the first two GTA titles.
Unfortunately, by that time the first two GTA titles were already on PC - and saving people from nuclear trucks just isn't as appealing as stealing cars and performing hit and runs.
The game is paced really well, giving the player new kinds of vehicles or robots at every turn, allowing some choice in which mission to play next - and destroying buildings in all kinds of different ways.
Control is hard to learn, easy to master (once you learned it, that is - of each and every vehicle).
There are also a ton of secrets to discover, from unlockable vehicles to missions. Still a nice little game to spend some minutes on.
