While its fairly easy, its one of the most fresh and fun football game in a long time. This game takes use of a special unleash system witch you probably will come to depend on. The graphics are crisp and smooth and the game has more personality then any of its competitors. The taunts are actually fairly decent, especially compared to games like NFL Street. While the created teams have unsatisfying lack of depth they do have many options for customization and you can make your team quite satisfyingly.

The campaign will go by fairly quick and without much challenge but its fresh and fun and at times frustrating. The storyline is passing and the characters are pretty much all the same.

Gameplay - 9
Basic football gameplay with some interesting new options.

Graphics - 9
Great angles, good detail and the injuries cutscenes look fantastic.

Sound - 8
While somewhat shallow a fairly good soundtrack and good sound effects.

Overall - 8.6
An easy recommendation, even to those not quite fond of Madden.
