A fun, addicting game when you're stuck in traffic (or anywhere else).
The story takes you though different establishments where they test your skill and you can collect items in the game to try to please the owner of the joint. If you miss items you can buy them from a store you have access to when you are choosing what location to play at. Not a big thing, but a small added dimension that is nice and can add a bit more difficulty on certain levels. The power ups are also a nice added touch. Just be careful not to lose track of the ball while you are trying to collect them, or shooting the blocks with lasers. The good news is that a couple of the power ups let you hold onto one of the balls, helping with precision shots or enabling you to "store" a ball on your paddle if you you get a split power up.
The sound is decent but not stellar, much as you would expect out of a cell phone. But the background music does change depending on your location, though it is absent while you play. The graphics are not flashy and some of the story line images could use refinement, but the play area is well designed and that is where it really matters.
I received this game from the McDonald's Monopoly contest, but used the normal cost ($6) for rating it's value. I would really recommend it if you can get it for free, but for $6 this is a nice diversion when your stuck waiting somewhere.
