One of the best games I've played in a long time. An extremely addictive, fun, and creative strategem. If you've ever played the board game, you owe it to yourself to play this game. If not, well then you should at least give this game a good try. Please don't listen to all the naysayers and the mass media who don't give games like this their fair shake. From the creative minds at Games Workshop, think of this game as no holds barred football played in the epic, fully-realized fantasy world of the Warhammer universe--as fully realized as Tolkien mythology, if not more fleshed out. Then picture a turn-based table top game engineered perfectly to this ideal. That is what Blood Bowl is. And Cyanide has perfectly translated this feeling into digital format.
On the downside, this game definitely has many glitches and kinks that need to be worked out. Some of them are sometimes downright frustrating, but don't let that prevent you from trying what is otherwise a fantastic game.
