Huge potential, but only decent execution; irritating problems add up

You are a young lad found by a pirate group. They take you in and train you in the art of naval warfare. Opposing pirate groups and the government navy attempt to stop you but you are without equal. You find out the main opposing pirate group is run by your estranged brother and he is using a new type of warship to conquer all. You must defeat him!
BW is a third person, behind and above viewpoint. You drive various types of speedboats, each with a variety of weaponry attached. The weaponry is set per boat and chosen for you in single player. Ammo for the weapons can be picked up from floating crates that appear or come from the debris of an enemy boat you sink. Machine guns, auto cannons, guns, rockets, mines, lightning guns can all be armed. Each mission has 2-3 tasks that must be completed.
Very well done water dynamics, this game has some great visuals. The physics leave much to be desired though.

+ Graphics (water effects great).
+ New twist on an old genre (boat shooter?!).
- Boat physics (multiple flips underwater is not a problem for these boats!).
