Hmmm, is this suppose to be a Mortal Kombat Clone, a Street Fighter Clone, or just your average fighting game???
GRAPHICS
=========
Graphics are very so-so, in the sense that half the graphics they used some 3D art to make some of the weapons and special moves used in the game. (Hence the rotating icons, the gauntlets the characters wear, background stages, etc.) The character drawing is not up to par, it practically looks like they were hand drawn on paper and then scanned into the game. Stages look like really cheap mockups done in 3D. About the only enjoyment I get from the graphics is when you splatter them with your attacks and blow their bodies to bloody chunks. One other plus is that the animation is very smooth and wasy to follow where they go and how fast they move. Plus, why are the characters so bulky, they almost take up half the screen size.
CONTROL
=========
Hmmm, the button setup is a lot like Mortal Kombat (HP, LP, HK, LK) only it's Left-Punch, Right-Punch, etc. but yet the joystick moves are a lot like Street Fighter such as for blocking or performing a special move. My only pet-peeve is that the game is very hard to play at times. The AI is very hard and likes to use a lot of dirty tricks of their own, which I can hardly figure out how the CPU did it. Because the animation is so smooth, you can react in time, but it also depends on how bulking your character is.
OVERALL
========
Overall it's not a really bad fighter, just don't get your hopes up when you see how closely I am right about this game. One thing I know not many know, is that Daniel Pasena helped endorse as well as advertise this game when it first made it's appearance. (In case you didn't know, Daniel Pasena is the person who played as the original Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 games.)
