A great pick up and play for killing some time.

Bomberman on the DS is a really fun and challenging game to play when having some extra time on your hands. Its very simplistic but does get a bit on the difficult side the further you get on the game (as one should anticipate).

My break down:

What's Good:

- Classic Bomberman gameplay
- Boss battles require the use of both screens of the DS
- The power up storage function of the bottom DS screen
- High replay value (a great pick up and play)

What's Not-So-Good:

- The gameplay doesn't do as much as older games in the series
- The story and characters aren't as well developed as in older games
- The difficulty can get a bit fustrating in the later parts of the story mode

What's Bad: Nothing that's a deal breaker

In all, this is a great throw back to the original classic Bomberman but don't approach this game believing you going to have the same amount of options and characters you did in some of its predessors. It seems to be more of a throw back than a "new" Bomberman title. It is fun nonetheless.
